How it works

A month in the firm, with less manual work.

Every month the system runs the same 6 steps for every client company. At the end, the accountant only looks at what the system flagged.

Try the invoice check
  1. 1

    NAV download

For each client company, a read-only technical user downloads the incoming and outgoing invoice data from NAV Online Számla. The system never uses the submission function.

  2. 2

    Collection

Every client company gets its own email address and upload page. A photo, a PDF or a forwarded email all work. The system files everything by client company, year and month.

  3. 3

    Reading and checking

It reads 10 fields from every invoice image, compares them with the NAV data, recalculates the VAT and the totals, and checks the Hungarian tax number's check digit.

  4. 4

    Chasing

Whatever shows in NAV but has no document gets requested in the firm's name. It understands the reply ("I will send it next week", "that was a private expense") and adjusts the next step. When it gets stuck, it tells the accountant.

  5. 5

    Approval

The accountant sees, per client company and month, what is in order, what is missing and where there is a difference, with the reason. Approve, correct or ask back.

  6. 6

    Export and archive

Approved items go out as CSV, XLSX or in the import format of your ledger software. Számlázz.hu and Billingo invoices land in the folders every month on their own.

Front office

Meanwhile it answers the firm's phone and chat.

It answers clients and new enquiries, arranges appointments, and when a person is needed it hands the case over with a summary. With a client manager and a deadline board, so nobody tracks in Excel who sends what by when.

FAQ

Questions about how it works

What do my clients have to do?

Almost nothing. They send documents the way they do now, only to a new address. They answer the reminder emails in their own words, and the system understands what they wrote.

How does it get the NAV data?

Through a read-only technical user per client company, which your firm or the client sets up from a step list I provide. I store the key encrypted, and it can be revoked at any time.

How long does setup take?

For the document core (NAV download, collection, check, chasing agent, export) I commit to a go-live date in writing; for founding partners at most 6 weeks to the first live client company. The firm's chat, the phone receptionist and the client manager follow in an agreed order.

In which language does it write to clients?

In the firm's name, in Hungarian, in the tone the firm approves. When a client writes in another language, it can answer in that language.

Does it work outside Hungary?

Not yet. The check needs the tax authority's invoice data, and today the only connection is Hungary's NAV Online Számla. Poland, Romania and Croatia are on my roadmap; you can join the waitlist on the home page.

What if the AI is wrong?

It flags, it does not decide. Every item moves on only with the accountant's approval, and the system shows which field and which source it flagged. Nothing is booked automatically.
