Comparison

Honestly, next to the global tools.

Dext, AutoEntry and Hubdoc capture documents; TaxDome and Karbon run the practice workflow. IrodAI does a different job: it checks invoices against the tax authority's real-time invoice data and chases what is missing. Today that data source is Hungary's NAV Online Számla. Checked on 14 October 2026.

Tool by tool

What each does, what it costs, and the gap.

Dext

Document capture and data extraction (OCR).

Price: UK Solo: 2.50 GBP per client a month, at least 5 clients. Essentials and Advanced prices are not public. Add-ons: AI Assist 5 GBP, Data health 5 GBP, Payments 10 GBP.

Gap: No NAV Online Számla connection. Reading Hungarian invoices is not confirmed on the pages I checked.

AutoEntry

Credit-based data extraction from invoices, receipts and statements.

Price: Bronze 50 credits 13 USD, Silver 24, Gold 46, Platinum 103 USD a month, unlimited clients.

The survey

What the "only" claims rest on.

According to my own October 2026 survey, none of the global tools I compared (Dext, AutoEntry, Hubdoc, TaxDome and Karbon) connects to Hungary's NAV Online Számla.

According to my own October 2026 survey, IrodAI is the only Hungarian system that, in one package, chases missing documents with an agent that understands the client's reply, checks every invoice against the NAV data, and gives the firm its own website chat, phone receptionist and client manager, next to any ledger software.

Method: in October 2026 I went through the public pages and price lists of the global tools above, and of the Hungarian systems for accounting firms (Zeuss, KönyvelőHíd, Kontír AI, QUiCK, NetAccounting, Számadó, DocAI, OcuSzámla, Cashbook, RLB and Adriana, Kulcs-Soft, Novitax, QualitySoft, NavHíd), and checked which of them offers the capabilities in the table in one package.

Limits: I only saw public pages, and a new product can appear at any time. Every "only" on this site rests on my own October 2026 survey and nothing more. If you know a system that does all of this in one package, write to hello@irodaai.hu and I correct the claim.

FAQ

Questions

Why only global tools here?

These are the English pages, for firms that look at international software. The Hungarian comparison page covers the Hungarian alternatives, which do connect to NAV Online Számla.

What does "no" mean in the table?

That the feature does not appear on the vendor's public pages I checked on 14 October 2026, or that the research found it missing. It is not proof that it can never exist. If a fact is wrong, write to hello@irodaai.hu and I correct it.

Where are the global tools ahead?

They are products a firm can sign up for and use today, while I am starting with my first 3 founding partners. If your firm is outside Hungary today, one of them is the better choice until your country is live in IrodAI.

Is it cheaper?

It is priced per firm, not per user or per client: Start €129 and Pro €349 a month. Dext alone for 150 clients on its UK Solo plan is 375 GBP a month, for capture only. Which is cheaper for you depends on what you replace.

See it side by side.

As a founding partner, in the first 90 days I measure how much time it saves next to what you use today. If the old way is better, I tell you that too.
