After the 15th, half the documents are still missing
The deadline is close, and the firm writes the same email client after client, then picks up the phone.
IrodAI is built for accounting firms in countries where invoices are reported to the tax authority in real time. It downloads that data, checks every invoice your clients send against it and shows only the errors. It asks for what is missing and understands what the client replies. Today it runs on Hungary's NAV Online Számla.
Asking, reminding, matching, comparing, answering the phone. This is the work there are fewest people for when good staff are hard to find.
The deadline is close, and the firm writes the same email client after client, then picks up the phone.
Same client, same invoice. The answer is a blurry photo, a "next week" or nothing at all.
A wrong VAT rate or payment method often only shows up at the VAT return, when time is already short.
A client question, a new enquiry, "did you get my invoice?". Each one breaks into bookkeeping work.
Every step shows on the accountant's screen, and every item moves on only with the accountant's approval.
Downloads the NAV Online Számla data, and every client company gets its own address for documents: photo, PDF or email. The system files them into folders.
Compares every invoice image with the NAV data on 10 fields, recalculates the VAT and the totals, and shows only the differences, each with its reason.
Asks the client for the missing invoice or statement in the firm's name, understands the reply and adjusts the next step to it. Everything is logged.
Saves the Számlázz.hu and Billingo invoices every month, and hands approved items to your ledger software in its import format.
Answers the firm's phone and website chat and hands the case to a person when needed. With a client manager and a deadline board.
An estimate, not a measurement: 130 client companies, 5,200 documents a month, 8 people. Measuring it is my first task with every founding partner.
Pick one of 3 made-up Hungarian sample invoices, or upload an invoice image. The system reads the 10 fields and compares them with the NAV record field by field: green when they match, red when they do not, with the reason.

The check runs against the invoice data the tax authority already holds. In Hungary that is NAV Online Számla, and it is the only connection that works today. I am honest about this: a firm outside Hungary cannot use the NAV check yet.
Today IrodAI only connects to Hungary's NAV Online Számla. Poland, Romania and Croatia are on my roadmap, and I do not promise a date. Leave your details and I write to you personally when your country is close, and ask how your firm works today so the first version fits it.

According to my own October 2026 survey, none of the global tools I compared (Dext, AutoEntry, Hubdoc, TaxDome and Karbon) connects to Hungary's NAV Online Számla.
Details and sources: Comparison
| Task | IrodAI |
|---|---|
| Chasing missing documents by email and phone, the Excel checklist | Replaced: the chasing agent asks and understands the reply. |
| Comparing the PDF with the NAV data by hand (VAT rate, payment method, amounts, dates) | Replaced: it compares and shows only the errors. |
| The firm's website chat and phone answering | Replaced: it answers, replies and hands the case to a person. |
| The ledger software, the tax return, payroll | Stays. It never files a return and never signs anything. |
| The accountant's professional and legal responsibility | Stays. Every item moves on only with the accountant's approval. |
According to my own October 2026 survey, IrodAI is the only Hungarian system that, in one package, chases missing documents with an agent that understands the client's reply, checks every invoice against the NAV data, and gives the firm its own website chat, phone receptionist and client manager, next to any ledger software. How I compared
A monthly fee with client companies and documents included. Paid yearly, you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee.
For a firm of 3 to 4 people with 30 to 40 client companies.
For a firm of 5 to 10 people with 100 to 150 client companies.
For a larger firm with up to 300 client companies.
Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge.
The first 3 firms pay half the plan's monthly fee, monthly from the first month, for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. On Pro that is €175 a month instead of €349. I commit in writing to a go-live date (at most 6 weeks); if I miss it, I refund every fee paid until then. Today the system runs on Hungary's NAV Online Számla, so the places suit firms with Hungarian clients.
The client company is the controller, your firm the processor, and I am your sub-processor. I put this in writing, and I give you a template for your own client contracts too.
Software for accounting firms that takes most of the routine work off the team: it downloads the NAV Online Számla data, collects the documents, checks every invoice against the NAV data, asks for what is missing and understands the client's reply. It also answers the firm's phone and website chat. Your ledger software stays, and the decision stays with the accountant.
Today only Hungary, through NAV Online Számla, the Hungarian tax authority's real-time invoice reporting system. Poland (KSeF), Romania (e-Factura) and Croatia are on my roadmap, without a promised date. You can join the waitlist for your country on this page.
No. It works next to any ledger software (QualitySoft, RLB, Kulcs-Soft, Novitax, Forint-Soft, Infotéka, Tensoft) and hands approved items over in its import format. It never files a return, never signs and never books anything on its own: every item moves on only with the accountant's approval.
Start €129, Pro €349, Large firm €799 a month, with a one-time setup fee on monthly billing. Paid yearly, you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee. The first 3 firms pay half the monthly fee. All prices are on the Pricing page.
Yes, without signing up. On the Try it page you can run the check on 3 sample invoices or on an invoice image of your own, field by field.
Tell the chat how many client companies you have and roughly how many documents a month. I tell you how much time you save, which plan fits and what it costs. As a founding partner, Pro is €175 a month.
