A monthly fee with client companies and documents included. With monthly billing there is a one-time setup fee; paid yearly, you pay 10 monthly fees for 12 months and no setup fee. Prices are in EUR. I invoice as a Hungarian sole trader under the Hungarian small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to my invoice. Business customers in other EU countries account for any VAT due in their own country under the reverse charge.

What the global tools charge.

Public list prices, checked on 14 October 2026. None of these tools does the same job: each covers one part (capture, or workflow), and none connects to NAV Online Számla. I list them so you can see where one flat fee per firm sits.

Founding partner: 50% off for as long as you subscribe.

The first 3 firms pay half the plan's monthly fee, monthly from the first month, for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. On Pro that is €175 a month instead of €349. I commit in writing to a go-live date (at most 6 weeks); if I miss it, I refund every fee paid until then. Today the system runs on Hungary's NAV Online Számla, so the places suit firms with Hungarian clients.

Questions about pricing

What happens above the plan limits?

On Start and Pro, €3.90 per extra client company a month and €0.04 per extra document. When that would cost more than the next plan, the chat recommends the next plan. On Large firm and Network, client companies 301 to 500 cost €2.70 a month each, 501 to 1,000 cost €2.20, documents above 15,000 cost €0.03 up to 40,000 and €0.03 above. Phone minutes above the limit cost €0.35.

What counts as a document?

Every invoice, invoice image, bank statement and other supporting document the system processes in a month. An invoice downloaded from NAV and its image together count as 1 document.

Is there a setup fee?

With monthly billing, yes, once: Start €390, Pro €990, Large firm €1,990. It covers the setup: the collection addresses, the folders, the step list for the technical users and the export to your ledger software. Paid yearly, there is no setup fee.

How much is the annual fee?

10 monthly fees for 12 months, no setup fee: Start €1,290, Pro €3,490, Large firm €7,990.

Is VAT added?

Who invoices me?

Tokár Ádám, a Hungarian sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Gyula, Hungary, tax number 92003747-1-24. Details are in the legal notice.

Can I pay online?

No, there is no online checkout. After a demo call I send a written offer with the plan, the price and the go-live date. You accept it, and I invoice monthly or yearly in advance.

How long is the contract?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled in writing with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions run for 12 months.

Why are prices in EUR when I am in Hungary?

These are the English pages, priced in EUR. The Hungarian pages list the same plans in forint.

What is the founding partner price?

The first 3 firms pay 50% of the plan's monthly fee for as long as they stay subscribed: Start €65, Pro €175, Large firm €400 a month, monthly from the first month. Details on the Founding partner page.
